If I want to find a standing seam roof of a specific color, it can be nearly impossible to find. Also, property management jobs should have a designated system. I can not use the previous contact information to create leads, because changing the unit for the new lead will mess with the old job. So, the leads need to be started from scratch. There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs. > > Acculynx is very convenient and keeps company communications tidy.
