LogMeIn Pro by GoTo is a remote access tool for individuals and small businesses which enables users to remotely control their computer from any location or device. Users get full access to their desktop including applications, files and information, and are provided with the ability to store, share, and collaborate across all devices.
Pro enables remote access to any PC or Mac from a web browser or desktop, or via native iOS and Android mobile apps for immediate access while on-the-go. The remote control feature allows users to remotely control a computer in real time, and includes tools for desktop sharing, screen blanking, keyboard locking, session recording and reporting, clipboard sync, whiteboard drawing, remote reboot, Wake on LAN, and more. Users are able to remotely see each monitor connected to the computer using the multi-monitor display feature, as well as print documents from a remote computer to a local printer.
The solution offers HD streaming and color quality, and includes 1TB of file storage for sharing files with other individuals for collaboration. Users can also stream high-quality sound from the remote computer to their current device's speakers. Pro allows for an unlimited number of users to extend remote access across the business.

Cons
Slow to connect sometimes. Prices keep going up with no improvements/changes in the service. No other complaints.

Pros
LogMeIn Pro is a powerful and corporate application forremote support in a production business environment.
The tools and options to make the remote support experience complete, is what i like the most on this app.
It has great compatibility across diferente devices and Operative System. That fact, makes it an industry standard for nowadays support services.
Cons
I would like to have a more friendly user interface for LogMeIn. I feel that the GUI is a little outdated.
Also, we could use more frequent updates to fix bugs and errors.

I used it for over 3 years. In the last year they automatically gave me the Central version for 6...
I used it for over 3 years. In the last year they automatically gave me the Central version for 6 months with no fee. Then sent me a bill for a renewal for 3 x's what I paid the year before. I immediately shopped and got another program for 1/10 of the cost with all the features, bells and whistles.

LogMeIn Pro has been great to use. I've never had any issues with the functionality and it has some awesome features. The only issue with it is the price.
Pros
LogMeIn Pro is probably the best remote access tool I have ever used. It's easy to use and offers a ton of features. You can train someone how to use it in a few minutes and then they're good to go.
Cons
LogMeIn Pro is pricey...that's the biggest con. They have a history of raising their prices repeatedly and out of nowhere making it hard to justify to management when there are many tools (tools which are catching up in features as well) which are much less expensive.

Great for Remote Access when accessing multiple computers

Pros
Love that's its easy to use and very intuitive. Can create groups and add computers to each group. Keeps things organized. Able to create an account for user to access their own workstation with only access to their computer. Ability to send links for download.
Cons
It's more expensive than it used to be. Had to move away from the cost trippled.
