The cloud-based solution provides tools for sales, operations, and field service, including customer management, estimating, billing and invoicing, inventory tracking, job scheduling, and more. SingleOps is designed to help field service businesses grow their sales, eliminate duplicate data entry, enhance their customer experience, and manage their day-to-day tasks entirely digitally.
Users can manage their sales with tools including a CRM system, estimating, job-site mapping, proposal generation, invoicing, and payment processing, and payments can be automated to recur on a predefined schedule. Management tools within SingleOps allow users to schedule their upcoming jobs, assign jobs to employees, track job-related purchases, and manage all costs related to jobs. Reports such as job profit margin reports and estimated costs compared with actual cost can be generated to monitor outgoing and incoming finances. Pros
SingleOps has made things run smoothly on the day to day for my company. Before, we were using carbon copies for estimates and had STACKS of papers all around that needed to be tracked and entered into QB for accounting. Nightmare at the end of the year. I love that SingleOps makes it easy for all my employees to be on the same page and look at real time changes to work orders and schedules. I love the 'attachment' feature as well as mapping the location of each line item.
Cons
SingleOps sometimes is glitchy out in the field and that causes some frustration. Especially when you spend an hour on a proposal and then it doesn't save. There are a few kinks as well as some other options I have presented that I hope are being worked out in the pipeline...

My overall experience has been very good. It was a rough beginning but we worked with [sensitive content hidden] alot and he was incredibly helpful. Got me up to speed and capable to use Single ops correctly. We now work with [sensitive content hidden] and he has been great too!

The exciting promise quickly faded in lots of tedious work. I still spend many hours each week cleaning up data and manually creating the reports we need. If I don't have good internet signal in the field, sometimes I can't complete the sale. I email the client later and hope I can still land the sale.
Pros
It does the math for us when calculating pricing.
Cons
The product did not match what was sold and promised when we first talked to Singleops. It's one of the least functional pieces of software I've used. And the user interface has no intuitive design to help you delineate on screen what you are looking at. Custom reporting was promised, but that is a half-truth. You can add custom fields and maybe they will show on the report you want. For almost any data I need, I have to run 2 or more reports, then manually edit and cross-reference my own spreadsheets to get the actual data I need. Horrible credit card interface, I have to type in the address that is already saved to the client profile. I can't view the address though once the credit card screen pops up.

The customer service is excellent! I’m new to the program and my on boarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden] has been awesome. She really knows this program.
Cons
I’m a small business and this has so much to offer. I don’t see myself using slit if the program, but I will be using more than I thought as I learn more about the program
