We historically kept this data in spreadsheets, and had multiple points of entry for the same data. Procipient is automated in manner that creates efficiencies and improves data accuracy for use. > > **Cons**: Procipient is highly customizable, which is a positive feature overall, but requires some time to be dedicated on the front end.
