The UI and UX is well taken care making the learning path very soft and motivating everyone to participate on the answering to the challenges of the company. The social side of giving and commenting ideas allows that simple idea evolve to mature concepts that later can be implemented easily and after being discuss in bigger groups. > > **Cons**: Nothing special.
