Their customer service was also very poor. 2 ppl told me contradicting information. One representative told me I couldn't get a refund after the trial (but it says something different in their legal disclaimer), and he often took 5 days or even a week to respond me\! He said he would look until the refund, but didn't even respond me for one week, even though I sent 3 follow up emails.
