> **Pros**: Upon being a new hire, I was worried that the portal might be difficult to learn. I had been employed at my previous job for almost 5 years and had grown fond of that labs portal. I was able to quicky learn and navigate through Dendi. All the information is easy to access.

> **Cons**: Not being able to Batch print reports. You can do date to date but it will still have the previous results in the same batch.

> It's been exceptionally good. I am glad that the technology used is easy to navigate.
