What is modusCloud?
modusCloud is a cloud email security solution with tools for spam detection, threat monitoring, email archiving, phishing detection, and more. The cloud-based platform offers features including filtering, continuity, encryption, and archiving in order to provide businesses with protection against malicious and unwanted emails. Designed specifically for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365, modusCloud aims to help businesses eliminate spam and viruses from their corporate email systems.
With modusCloud businesses can enhance security within their email systems with functionality such as spam protection, targeted phishing detection, email archiving, secure email encryption, and anti-virus measures. As well as email threat protection, the modusCloud platform offers hosted email security with tools including a filter-rules engine, policy-enforced encryption, email continuity via an emergency inbox, and cloud email archiving. modusCloud is designed to stop threats before they reach the users inbox, and the platform facilitates the manual review and management of automatically quarantined emails. With the SpamReporter plugin for Outlook users are able to report on unwanted emails or threats, as well as whitelist and blacklist specific senders.

Great Product, wish they had Email Archiving when I was still using it.
SPAM decreased by a huge percentage as compared to the previous product we were utilizing.

Pros
Extremely good at catching SPAM, easy to setup, easy to manage, and all around great performer. Customer focused, excellent customer service response and support.
Cons
Not really a true con, but at the time we were looking towards email archiving and they didn't have an offering to support that. After trying an interim solution combining Modusgate with GFI Mail Archiver, we ultimately left the product for Mimecast.
