UI could stand to be made more intuitive, but the underlying platform is quite useful.

Pros
It's great to have all the data centralized on one platform. it speeds up our workload but the interface does get in the way a bit.
Cons
The UI is not too flexible, takes a while for CS response. We also have issues related to the data load. This can cause reports to break that connect to Singular.
