Most of the courses are pretty outdated but they've been working to upgrade them. Not a lot of content for the amount of money you pay. > > Customer service was always very helpful and attentive when an issue arose. The system reporting was a little clunky and required a lot of v-look-ups of separate reports to get all the information we wanted in one, comprehensive report for our business units.
