However, on occasion, when setting up a single appointment using ShowingTime from the MLS, there is no option available to specify what time you want the appointment. So after it is confirmed by the listing agent (or if written in the notes to the LA), you still have to call them to let them know what time you want the appointment for. Because of that it doesn't block off a time alerting other agents.
