> **Cons**: A lot of the programming was done in the Indian subcontinent.  The programmers had very little experience with how an American restaurant was to operate.  The US operation was only marginally better. One Bevos associate was working part time in a pizza shop. That experience did not lend itself to understanding how our restaurants work with multiple items as to how they were to be cooked, what side orders, what items to leave off a burger, etc.
