About iClassPro
iClassPro is a cloud-based class management software designed to help youth activity centers manage administrative operations such as attendance tracking, class scheduling, billing, and more. Using a customizable dashboard, managers can gain an overview of student enrollment rates, ongoing programs, and monthly transactions via widgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), pie charts, and actionable analytics.
Parents can use iClassPro's self-service portal to update account information, track child's attendance, access class schedules, and make fee payments before due dates. Teachers can utilize the skill tracking module to evaluate students' performance, generate completion certificates, and send custom progress reports to parents via emails. Managers can record employees' working hours using time clocks, approve or reject submitted clock-in/out entries, and export attendance data to streamline payroll processes.
With the point-of-sale (POS) module, businesses can manage inventory and sort products into multiple categories based on name, type, brand, item number, or tags. Administrators can use the calendar to view weekly class schedules by level, area, instructor, and enrolled or waitlisted students.

I own and operate a gymnastics training facility, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] , and iClassPro has made my businesses workflow much easier.
Pros
iClassPro was probably the first software for the Gymnastics Industry that really elevated the user experience. It is the best product on the market for the price.
Cons
The issues are not iClassPro's fault as much their lack of innovation. What they do, they do well. It would be nice if they integrated with 3rd party software so I could sync BambooHR to iClassPro etc.

The best gymnastics gym management software out there

Pros
We have been with iClass for over 15 years and it just keeps getting better and better. We recently integrated our website and got our branded app up and running with them and they have already paid for themselves! We run our entire operations with 2 locations and over 1500 families using iClass pro and we would be lost without it! We also love their support line - everyone is so helpful and they have long hours so someone is always available for you.
Cons
We love almost all of the features - we wish they had a better birthday party waiver system but hopefully that will be coming soon!

I don’t like how they pigeon hole you into using their credit card processing it’s overpriced when there’s many other processors out there that are cheaper and I hear they’re raising the rights again

Excellent! We’ve used it for years across multiple programs, and it is truly simplified our daily operations. From enrollment and billing to communication and attendance tracking, it keeps everything organized and efficient. The platform continues to improve, and their support team has always been responsive and easy to work with.
Pros
What I like most about IClass Pro is how streamlined and reliable the system is. It keeps everything in one place-attendance, billing, communication, and class scheduling - which makes managing multiple programs so much easier. It is user friendly for both staff and parents, and the customer support has always been responsive and helpful
Cons
Some of the setup and customization features can feel a little overwhelming at first. Once everything is configured, it runs smoothly, but it does take some time to fully understand all the capabilities and reports.

Pros
Whenever we have a question, we can reach out to the live chat and have a solution in minutes. They’re always making valuable updates to their software to improve the product and fix bugs. It’s impressive to see a company that cares more about keeping customers than getting new ones!
Cons
I dislike the process of updating our waivers. I wish it didnt show in attendance that they were missing their waiver because it’s hard to get 2000 students to sign between their next class. Also a few of the reports are hard to navigate, but I eventually get it. Also blackout dates are confusing to set.
