It will likely pay for itself in your ability to take on and manage more cases. > > Neos is a case manager's best friend. The initial change from a server based program to a cloud based program was challenging. Learning new things is good, but can also be frustrating. This may be due to the recent large updates. These lags don't make it inaccessible but is a noticeable difference from older models. > > My overall experience has been genuinely pleasant and fruitful. From my side, having one system that supports case flow, reporting, and visibility across departments is a big plus. > > **Cons**: The biggest downside has been around integrations and responsiveness. Despite submitting a simple request for read-only API access, we haven’t received any response for weeks. This has limited our ability to implement offline conversion tracking and build reporting dashboards leadership is actively asking for. When Neos positions itself as having an open API and being collaborative with client teams, the lack of follow-up here has been frustrating and disruptive. > > Overall, Neos has been a solid platform for running the operational side of the firm. It brings structure, organization, and consistency to case management, which helps teams work more efficiently and deliver a better client experience. That said, while the core system is strong, delays around integrations and communication have been frustrating and have limited our ability to fully leverage the platform from a reporting and growth standpoint.
