Acollab, par sa simplicité d'utilisation, permet à tout le monde d'utiliser l'outil et de participer à la construction des projets.

Le blog, l'archivage documentaire, la création de documents en ligne, le planning, l'outil de sondage.... sont des outils simples et utiles qui permettent de facilité le travail collaboratif.
