The Hospitality Industry has been waiting on a PMS cloud based system like this to come along for a long time. I was provided with a webX demo, "Simply Amazing". From the first stroke, the ease of use; the flow of using the system to make reservations, from the folio's, amenities sections, . on and on :The product is so easily customized to the individual property.. life just got a whole lot easier (manageable) for the GM, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc. And the REPORTS are incredible. The most impressive thing, for me, has been the EXCEPTIONAL support we've received after installing. I had real concerns that they would make the sale and we'd be left hanging with a lame help desk.
