> **Pros**: It used to take our HR department more than a week to prepare payroll , now it only takes a few hours to produce a correct and accurate payroll including leaves and permissions. Many other essential features that helped the company automate many processes. 

The employee self service is easy to use, it almost does require any training.

> **Cons**: Needs speed improvements but it's not very noticeable. Applying for more than one leave causes an issue sometimes.. Smart HCM has informed us that this issue is resolved in the new release coming soon.
