After much back and forth, we finally received a replacement router but received no credit for the months we paid for the non-working service. > > After trying to deal with SpotOn from behind the scenes for the past six months I can tell they are a disorganized, siloed organization that really does not care about customer retention. Do not expect timely responses to issues – after not receiving a response from their IT department regarding website interface issues I had to hire a website developer to figure out a band aide solution.
