> **Pros**: The point-of sale system is easy to use, program and train employees. The reservation system is one of the best I have used.

> **Cons**: The handheld devices are cumbersome and have connectivity issues. As a result employees do not use them and we have to continue paying for them because of our contract. The back-up router has never worked during power outages. After much back and forth, we finally received a replacement router but received no credit for the months we paid for the non-working service.

> After trying to deal with SpotOn from behind the scenes for the past six months I can tell they are a disorganized, siloed organization that really does not care about customer retention. Do not expect timely responses to issues – after not receiving a response from their IT department regarding website interface issues I had to hire a website developer to figure out a band aide solution. SpotOn puts in an enormous effort to sign-up your business initially, but does not put in effort to retain your business.
