Work Management - From having multiple customized request forms to work control, the work flow runs smoothly. The module contains valuable information on each work order. Very important and critical. Space Module - Having accurate building and room numbers along with square footage is key to having a successful facilities managment system. WebTMA's space module's opportunity to upload drawing with ease is great for our university, especially for data accuracy. Dashboards - This tool has become useful for almost everyone in our organization. It is assisting with organization, scheduling and most importantly, KPIs. Customer service - We have the best customer service\! Our client success manager and account manager have been provided us with great service and guidance. They are constantly taking care of our needs and making sure we are getting the best of what we paid for. > > **Cons**: Reporting is difficult to generate when you have data in multiple modules. They also follow up with you about the case to ensure your request was completely resolved. So they are ok with not supporting self-hosted customers because they aren't concerned about losing them as customers. > > Overall the basic software is good. However, if you're looking to be able to use your CMMS to leverage the needs of your Facilities department, the reporting is difficult and new features that could help are not available to self-hosted customers. This reflects a general lack of customer support from management.
