The RF-SMART onboarding and support teams have been helpful and responsive throughout the process. We’re currently preparing to implement Pick Planner and are optimistic it will add even more value.

> **Pros**: Not sure what we would do without RF-Smart. We implemented concurrently with NetSuite, so we don't have much to gauge the product against. This solution works much better than our predecessor.

> **Cons**: I wish there were a way to show the count of orders in the picking queues. That aside, the product continues to improve, with each upgrade adding functionality that becomes increasingly essential to our daily processes.
> 
> We have had a positive overall experience and support, and sales are both very responsive and accommodating.
