> **Pros**: Zivver doet wat het belooft, zivver gebruikers kunnen eenvoudig beveiligd mailen. Niet zivver ontvangers kunnen eenvoudig en veilig de mail openen en beantwoorden\!

> **Cons**: We hebben in het begin wat problemen gehad met de usersync maar sinds versie 2 is dat verleden tijd \!

> Bijna als ons gevoelig mail verkeer loopt nu via zivver wat risco's op datalekken verminderd.

> **Pros**: Er zijn diverse opties om veilig te versturen, 06-nummer, code of e-mail. Onze medewerkers worden er op gewezen als een bericht mogelijk privacygevoelige gegevens bevat. Wij hebben de uitgebreide opties zodat klanten ons ook via de portal uit zichzelf informatie kunnen sturen.

> **Cons**: De tekst wordt soms in Outlook niet goed weergegeven. Je moet dan met de schuifbalken werken om de volledige tekst te kunnen lezen. Zou fijn zijn als dit opgelost kan worden.

> Handig pakket, niet de goedkoopste, maar wel veel opties om data en e-mail veilig te verzenden en te controleren wat er mee gebeurt.

> **Pros**: Je weet zeker dat je beveiligd mailt. Hiermee voldoe je aan de AVG-wetgeving rondom mailen. 
Wanneer de ontvanger van je mail ook met ZIVVER werkt, hoef je geen codes of id te gebruiken. 
Je hebt diverse mogelijkheden om de ontvangers die niet met Zivver werken toegang te geven tot de beveiligde mail.

> **Cons**: Het enige nadeel vind ik dat je  een ander programma dan je eigen mailprogramma moet openen om via ZIVVER te kunnen mailen.
> 
> Ik vind het erg prettig dat ik zeker weet dat ik veilig mail over persoonlijke gegevens van cliënten. Dat zorgt dat ik  professioneel overkom en dat ik AVG-proof mail.
