> **Pros**: I use this to source contact information to conduct outreach to healthcare providers and others in the healthcare space. The contact information is high quality (accurate) and easy to pull. The ability to source by location is significant for my industry given our needs to contact certain types of facilities which provide specific services and procedures.

> **Cons**: We've run into glitches were we need to employ workarounds to export the data which are typically resolved fairly quickly, but which happen more often than I would have expected. When attempting to close the tab after exporting I am always prompted with the confirmation of whether I want to leave the site despite repeatedly checking that I want to prevent the page from creating further dialogues. Neither of these two items have a significant impact on my ability to source information, however.

> We have been able to more rapidly source contact information for healthcare providers to supplement our own database, validate members and more accurately target our sampling for market research which has improved the speed and efficiency of the team significantly.

> **Cons**: Search functionality in the site leaves A LOT to be desired. Organization of site is far from intuitive. Linking with Salesforce to push automatic updates does not work very well at all.
