simple to set up and worked well with my accountant
Cons
sometimes the interface is a little confusing with the way the draggable columns work and the website doesn't load great on mobile; but there's an app.

Pros
I like that I can access this from any of my devices. This also allows our church staff to access it as needed!
Cons
There are times that there are many bugs, preventing our credit card or bank account from syncing.

Poor. Information rarely saves properly. Control panels and options are limited compared to desktop. The monthly service fees are getting to a point of being crazy. The online support is a complete joke.
Pros
I like that it will sync with most CRMS and payroll software.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. It is difficult to work with and all bookkeepers I work with hate it.

Overall QB online is a cost-effective, user-friendly system which I will continue to use as our business grows. For reference, we have grown to multiple seven figures in revenue and will not be leaving QB anytime soon!
Pros
I have been using QB online since I first started our business in 2018 as a complete beginner. QB online has quite an intuitive interface and an excellent customer support service as needed. The online forums are also well answered so you can look things up as you need.
Cons
The mobile app does not allow you to access any payroll features. Also, there are times when the automatic banking download feed does not work correctly and you need manually enter any missed transactions. Lastly, they recently changed to being charged per employee at each payroll run, so if you have staff which are away, or part time workers, you have to manually change their status each payroll run so as to not get charged - this is a new change and a nuisance.
