I used text messaging alone before trying Moovs.  As I learn how to use Moovs it becomes more obvious how important having a professional platform plays into a customers trust in your company.  There is not enough space for all the great things I have to say about customer service.  They are so accommodating that I’m starting to feel guilty😂😂😂and they stick with me until they know I understand it.
