More than a dozen systems are involved in our projects, so it was important to have a modern BPM system that would allow simple integration of all these systems, considering our business processes. What we liked most about the ELMA system was the ability to manage processes without much involvement from the IT department. As a result, the bank's retail business employees could manage to organize and control processes themselves. > > **Cons**: After the launch of the project the data that needed to be stored has increased along with an increase of the production capacity.
