It is insanely easy to export expenses from Greenback into QuickBooks and does so almost flawlessly. Every once in a while, an expense may have a hiccup, but it’s super easy to fix in QuickBooks. The support is fantastic. The app auto syncs about once a week which is okay. Super cheap $15 monthly subscription. The pros section of my review will be short because it does what it says it does; however, there are a few quirks. > > **Cons**: Greenback is not able to handle lots of sales on any integration. You’ll find that it just stops importing after about 100 sales or line items. For me, this is where alternative platforms that aggregate sales into journal entries shine (A2X, LinkMyBooks, etc) Another con is that there isn’t a FedEx or UPS integration. If there was, this software would be on another level. I also wish there was a way to increase the amount of times greenback syncs expenses per week automatically. The UI on the left side of the screen is kinda wonky, but you’ll eventually get used to it. > > Very good software. If you need it for expenses from Amazon, Home Depot, etc., do it. Just do it.
