I thought School Window was a great product and [sensitive content hidden] is lovely to work with....
I thought School Window was a great product and [sensitive content hidden] is lovely to work with. She is very responsive and always happy to help.
Pros
The app looks really sleek and is easy to put together on the back end and use on the front end.
Cons
I would have liked to have had more creative control; for instance, I can't reorder links and have to request for this to be done for me.

The team at School Window are very helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent and always respond promptly. The template for communicating the app to parents and additional marketing materials was a bonus.
Pros
The most powerful features of the app are bringing our social media channels together in one simple, easy to use app. Our feedback to date from parents and carers has been very positive.
Cons
I would prefer the option to have the content of the useful links on the settings screen. I rather than having to click again. The option to have icons for each link - similar to the settings page - would make the app more user friendly rather than simply directing users to our website or external site.

Pros
Easy to use, and works effectively without much manual input. Great to have all of our social media feeds in one place, and has received positive reviews from a wide-range of users, including alumni, parents, and staff.

It has helpfully aggregated relevant social media feeds to one application so that our stakeholders can access disjointed information in one place. It has provided a place for our web- based platform to sit on the home page of a phone. It has provided people in our community who do not use social media access to all our news, content and updates. It's been a big step forward for our marketing exposure

Pros
Loved the set up - it was very intuitive and easy to do. Their customer support is superb.
Cons
I didn't like the fact that the menu was disappearing below the bottom of your mobile but they took that on board and came up with a good solution.
