In 2013 when I started looking to make a change, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]and everyone at Cloud Rental went out of their way to show me the advantages of there product, and make the transition seamless. > **Pros**: What I like most about the software is the fact that you are not buying a canned package from some company that has thousands of users that could care less about the success of the implementation and if it helps your business succeed.  They had us up and running in one day\!  If you buy Cloud Rental, you will have access to the owner of the company and the people who created it.  Modifications to the software that are needed to help run your business better are considered instead of being told flat out no like we have been told by other vendors.

> **Cons**: It took me a long time to find it.  Cloud Rental is not a company that toots its own horn on its capabilities.  They need to promote their product more to the public.

> **Cons**: Nothing, everything is smooth. If I ever have any problems I just call customer support and the will get it handled before I’m off the phone with them.

> We can now ring customers up in just a few clicks of a mouse, where before we would spend minutes ringing them up. If you need something different for your business they can modify it anyway you need.
