Moreover, you're using the same tool for browser and mobile-based testing to generate a bug report with an image flow (screencast) from two separate sources. This greatly reduces the friction and dread of yet another bug report when you are testing a buggy sprint/release. - Great on its own and as a JIRA integration - Add-on tool which can help with reporting and managing bugs, but it shouldn't uproot your processes, it's more of something that you can leverage to streamline, set up, recording, and reporting of any testing efforts. - Exploratory testing is where I find many bugs, so being able to quickly report bugs while I'm testing in this manner is appreciated. - Easy workflow, so training doesn't take much time. > > **Cons**: Simple overall concept, yet it does require some training (although minimal) to grasp the workflow and main benefits.
