> **Pros**: The MachShip system is easy to use and the guides are intuitive to assist in finding the right information quickly. The use of images, text, and video in help guides means you can always find a quick answer. Customer support was very responsive and when bugs did arise they were managed quickly with transparency on how it was fixed.

> **Cons**: There is a lot of manual coding required to get it set up, and small changes can lead to the full set up not working, so it's important to get tiny details accurate.
> 
> I enjoyed using MachShip and found any negatives easily outweighed by the positives. Customer service response times alone were beneficial, and the requirements to keep everything precise also mean that it's more customisable.
