Chatabox is a cloud-based user-friendly CRM that is highly scalable and designed to help small to medium businesses including in the financial services sector and other business sectors, manage their client management and contact management needs in one spot, including for marketing campaigns, appointments and reminders, leads and pipeline management and more. Chatabox includes a document management system, which lets organisations store documents and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a centralised repository. Pros

This is an intuitive CRM. Easy to navigate and use. I found I was able to set up what I needed in a relatively short space of time.

Cons

Occasionally when logging on there is a lag in loading. Once logged-in everything works efficiently and speedily.

Pros

This is the most cost-effective option. It has a beautifully designed UX and reasonably straightforward software, making it incredibly easy for new staff to master it quickly. Tons of customization to satisfy the demands of most smaller to mid-sized enterprises. It certainly does assist us in monitoring our prospects to continue to advance them through to the sales funnel, converting them into customers. Then it helps us handle such connections successfully.

Cons

I discovered that it needs improvement by monitoring leads as they go from one conversation to the next before making a sale. We're attempting to find out the best approach to monitoring such information, and I think something should be introduced to aid that.

Pros

Useable out of the box – minimal configuration required plus related Compliance, Payments, and Reporting tools - one source of data truth and no coding required.

Cons

It would be great if you could schedule re-occurring tasks.

Pros

Its extensive features and simple layout, coupled with its value for money, makes it one of the pre-eminent CRM providers.

Cons

The invoice template could have slightly more company information, such as the ABN details.

Pros

Easy to grasp the basic concepts of how to use this platform if someone has no experience with it. A platform perfect for big or small businesses as it allows for a lot of customization.

Cons

Well there is nothing much to dislike about Chatabox as it is a complete enterprise solution for our daily/weekly use.

Chatabox offers 3 pricing models available for different users for subscription. There is also a discounting model that applies for user volumes based on yearly subscriptions. Pricing for all 3 pricing models is in Australian (AUD) dollars. Lite - $6.00 per user per month billed annually (includes 3 months free) or $8.00 per user billed and paid monthly. Application add-ons start at $26 each. Pro - $20.00 per user per month billed annually (includes 2 months free) or $25.00 per user billed and paid monthly. Enterprise - $50.00 per user per month billed annually (includes 2 months free) or $60.00 per user billed and paid monthly. Payments are made by credit card and trials can be provided to legitimate user email accounts excluding gmail, yahoo, hotmail and similar unidentified user accounts. Enterprise versions can also be customised based on time and labour payable based upon a client's specific needs. Enterprise clients can contact us for their varying needs.
