Les possibilités offertes ou mise en place pour répondre à l'ensemble de nos demandes. Un livret de départ devrait être fourni lors de la mise en place avec certains mécanismes de lien (comme le module des investissements avec les n° d'immobilisés sur les pièces comptables. Certaines fonctions ne sont pas apparentes car les modules non utilisés. Il serait utile d'avoir un listing des modules existants et/ou les faire apparaitre en grisé sous le logiciel (avec bulle info vers le module concerné). Avoir la possibilité de faire des tableaux croisés dynamiques (axe X, Y) dans le logiciel lui-même (à l'aide d'une série de champs préconçu). > > Très satisfait. Door de gelinkte pdf's kan je steeds en eender waar je werkzaam bent een factuur of ander document opvragen. Is een enorm voordeel gebleken bij het telewerken en ook geen verkwisting meer van papier. Andere voordelen zijn de OCR wat toch wel tijd bespaard bij het inbrengen van facturen, het feit dat je boekingen kan heropenen en verbeteren indien nodig en heel gemakkelijk om naar excel te trekken. > > **Cons**: Ik vind het spijtig dat je als je bijv een nieuwe klant aanmaakt dat je dan een ander scherm moet open klikken om het facturatie-adres aan te maken. Idem voor de contactgegevens (mail-adres voor het versturen van de rappels). Het zou gemakkelijker zijn, moest dit in hetzelfde scherm gebeuren. Wij werken ook met verschillende interfaces tussen Adfinity en onze andere softwarepaketten. Deze zijn prijzig om aan te maken. Laatste nadeel is dat de syllabi die je krijgt bij de opleiding niet alle functionaliteiten/mogelijkheden duidelijk uitleggen. > > Door de digitalisatie hebben we een grote vooruitgang geboekt. Cela nous a permis d'être plus serein. Les factures nous arrivent plus rapidement, elles sont approuvées plus facilement.
