We ship a very consistent package size and rate. Unfortunately, USPS won't take the claim because we used XPS, and XPS states it is USPS's issue... So, we have lost $$$$$ due to "adjustments" that no one will take responsibility for. I have no way to refute them and no seems interested in helping.
