> **Pros**: First of, the interface is user friendly and with it's very capable end to end encryption which guaranteed a secured data both stored and transmitted makes this a topnotch, the video , messaging and even sending doc function comes with ease and it all works well in areas without strong internet connection.

> **Cons**: We've once had issues updating and transferring of documents to another new devices but this was eventually solved by our engineer even though it delayed some important business of the day, but it happens just once and we eventually find a way around it

> The fact that Viber has saved our organization a lot of fund that would have been used on marketing and communicating our staffs and customers makes it worthwhile, easy messaging, video calling, sending all kinds of documents, and having been able to compare the data derive from other organizations to know customers wants makes viber a pleasing environment more than just a messaging app

For considering friends who stays abroad ,normally I use Viber to contact them, it came free for me.
Quality of video and audio call most of the time is very good.

> **Cons**: Right now I don't have any complain about it, most of the problem they continuously updating, last time we face bad network during calling, but last couple of month , I didn't experience it.

Calling , chatting feature is very updated and easy to use. Besides we feel quality of communication during calls is loud and clear.
We can make a group and follow up activities easily in Viber.

> **Cons**: First thing, I see in Viber which I don't like about is their file server. It can only carry 30 days after that all our files are no longer usable. For video call, the connection is a bit lag and dizzy. They needs to stabilize more.
