The software itself is pretty easy to navigate if you knw how to prepare taxes and it is very affordable compared to other professional taxware programs. And you are not limited by the number of returns you prepare.

He  professionally answered the questions I had, and through screen sharing, was able to demonstrate the solution to the problem I was encountering. I valued his  patience and ability to clearly explain and show answers to my questions and his persistence in finding a solution. I'd rate his knowledge and manner of delivery as 5 stars\!

> **Pros**: They were a new company, and it's online, but they just create protocols that never get issues resolved, so mainly there is nothing positive to say. I will not renew my subscription with them and i suggest that you don not buy or renew

I have given them 3 years of opportunities to step it up and better their system, but it's only gotten worse. Their system of creating a ticket never gets resolved and you get emails saying it was resolved but not once did they call to verify that it was resolved
