I liked how much you are getting, when you buy the business plan and how fast customer service answered my mail.
Cons
Annoying that you can’t manipulate more in the logo.

Pros
Decent recommendations and good design tools for the layman.
Cons
Unable to edit in the future, with budding startups every dollar counts, and putting a pause on your logo creation to only be hit with a "you only get 30 days to access what you paid for"

Amazing experience and gives you many options for logos and the ability to modify them to your liking. I’ve created my brand using smashing logo which is now recognised globally
Pros
The response time and vast amount of different logo templates that help you choose customise to your liking to help grow any business you may have or want to start.
Cons
Not very user friendly needs a lot of back and fourth to go back to your original design and can be challenging to get back what you had before (design wise)

This is my second logo with Smashing Logo and the process was a positive experience, so much so I highly recommend this company.
Pros
I liked the variety of designs that were presented to me. The most challenging thing was to choose from all the options.
Cons
It was difficult to find out which designer was responsible for a particular style of logo that I liked. It took a long time to reproduce a logo that I previously liked as you can’t save all your favourite designs.
