It allowed me to stay within the comfort of my local environment while not giving up the use of CRM.

> **Cons**: I discovered that it took some moments before the calendar and tasks get updated to the latest. For instance, changes made in outlook calendar did not always sync immediately with the outlook bound CRM view that is followed up based on time.
