The modules:

Lease module: A record of leases, giving an easy overview of key details and dates to reduce the risk of missed deadlines.

Document management system: Users can attach documents related to properties and leases, making it simple to record and attach relevant documentation in one place.

People and contacts: A database of all the key contacts attached to the user’s properties, including job title, company name, department, and contact details.

Organization Module: All the different organizations users interact with across customers, suppliers and internal groups are stored and managed so there is a clear record of how everything connects.

Access control module: It is vitally important with any software product that the right people see the right data. Using the next-gen security suite, we will tailor the user's security parameters so users are in control of who can see what information about the user's estate.

The programme, Projects and Timelines Module: All activity can be seen, tracked and managed at the programme level with a powerful tool for managing programmes of projects. All programme activity forms part of the Property Record so users can see all that’s going on across the organisation. Designed by project managers for project managers, users can streamline their operations by running, tracking and managing projects through iSite. All activity forms part of the Property Record.

Insight dashboard: Utilising BI and MI tools, users can generate reports and track the performance of their properties.

Import engine: iSite import engine gives users the option to bulk upload data, automatically creating and updating property records. For improved transparency between departments, a built-in audit log shows a historical view of these imports.

The Hub is a very comprehensive property management tool that has CAFM features that support a property management department very well. From document management, estate and asset management, planned maintenance and lifecycle modelling, as well as reactive maintenance and project management features however I am less familiar with those. I work most closely with the planned maintenance and asset management tools, which, in my experience, are second to none. I have not come across another CAFM or maintenance system on the market with the same level of sophistication in planned maintenance features.

Pros

The planned maintenance module makes creating and managing a PPM schedule incredibly straight-forward, easily the best I have used in any CAFM system. From grabbing live updates from SFG20 and importing to your schedule in a couple of clicks, to mapping that against your asset register, to being able to make bulk changes to dates and suppliers, it’s all done with easy to use interfaces. Compliance documents can be uploaded via email or the interface with automation tools to complete PPMs and reduce administration substantially.

Cons

The feedback I have from other users is that the general look and feel needs some improvement, consistency amongst how buttons are presented and filtering tools are the most common feedback I’ve had from training.

After a very large learning curve, I find the ease of creating work orders to be simple.

Cons

We are a small team and some of the qualities that I am sure a much larger company could benefit from created much frustration in the beginning. I feel it could be more in the way of simplifying for a small er team.
