> **Pros**: 新しく機能を追加して欲しい時や、操作方法にて不具合を感じた場合にすぐにトラブルシュートしてくれる点。Pipelineなど一覧が容易に確認出来、かつ年間など指定した期間を通してのアクティビティもトラックすることが出来、自分の生産性確認に非常に役に立つ。私は繋げることが仕事なので、自身の繋げたInterviewがどれくらい選考にすすみ、オファーが出たのかなど一覧で見れるようになったら最高。また、Profileの欄にタイムスタンプ(日付と投稿者)が1クリックで追記出来るようになると嬉しい。

> **Cons**: Reminder Alertを設定しているとPopupが出てくるが、複数になってくると非常に多くなり操作性がガクッと落ちる。特にスマホから候補者のプロフィールを確認したい時などは非常に厄介。

> **Cons**: 検索範囲が広すぎるため、絞り込むためにはタグの運用が重要になるが社内での運用が徹底されておらず、不必要な検索結果となってしまうこともある。しかしこちらは導入時のタグ設計の容易さが重要であり、社内での運用徹底の問題なので、製品自体の問題とは言い難い。

> 最低限の運用管理としては、他社と比べて汎用性が高く使いやすく、弊社の規模には適していると思う。コンサルタントが増えてきた場合、運用ルールの徹底をしないと検索結果や候補者管理が難しくなってくると思う。

> **Cons**: フル機能で使っていないので特に今は思い浮かばないが、強いて言うなら履歴書やファイルのページを開いたときに、ページそのものの表示ではなく、ファイル名を一覧表としてリスト化して出してもらえると少ないスペース上に表示されるので一目瞭然でわかる（現状は４つ？以上のファイルが存在する場合、その中から必要なファイルを探す場合スクロールが必要で骨折り）

> Simple and I like it. I only used SFDC in the past 7, 8 years so I don't know much about the comepetitors.Reasonable price. Tamago is good enough for us.
