They do all the software updates, so we can focus on our specs. The visibility of master section updates makes it easy to incorporate those changes if needed. We also appreciate the ability to leave comments for collaborators. > > **Cons**: We've been using SpecLink for over 10 years now, and the hardest part has been catching up with some of the changes, but the knowledgebase is a great resource (with videos\!) and if we don't find an answer there, an email to support gets a prompt response. Also, it shows as an Architectural or Construction Management program, but Engineering Design should also be listed as a choice. > > The software is pretty easy to figure out, but we attended the Cloud training session once we migrated to the Cloud version, and that helped us get started. The ongoing weekly webinars are the most useful, we have learned something new in every session. The searchable knowledgebase is such a good resource if we have a question, but the support team is available much later now, and they respond to our questions very quickly.
