> **Pros**: Oracle Flexcube is one of the best applications that you can use for your investor and client financial services. The tool is very robust and can store huge number of data. It can be used for investor maintenance, transaction processing, payment processing, etc. The set up of funds is very systematic and rationalises a lot of subordinate functions.

> **Cons**: Amongst all the great features, Flexcube somewhere lacks in performance fee calculation and that's where organisations providing financial services for their client who are into alternate funds business might not consider Oracle Flexcube.
> 
> My overall experience has been exceptionally well. The patch files are very straightforward and easy to implement for bulk uploads. The SQL queries are pretty simple to search and locate data and almost works real time with the front end system.

> **Pros**: There are five major modules which a banking software must cover. These are customer funds deposit/ withdrawal module, loan \& accounting module,  general ledger module, customer information module and the reporting modules. The Flexcube cover all of these modules impressively. It provide great support to the front end team with its dynamic features.

> **Cons**: One issue with the Flexcube which we are using is that it is web based system immensely depends upon the browser and internet speed. In case there is problem with the internet service provider or system browser, it effects the functionality of the software i.e slow processing of transactions. Another issue is with the menus which are quite confusing. Its been difficult to user menus to find the desired option so mostly we need to memorize related keys for the transactions to open/ execute to process the transaction.

> Its been proven to be a good banking software despite of some draw backs. It covers the core banking functions impressively.

> **Cons**: It has bad menus, very difficult to find things from the menus if you don't know the function keys.
Its reporting is quite bad, you need another reporting system to check any information.

> As for banking sector, its not so good in term of interactive user interface. Its quite difficult to use and its menu/ options are not so good. Most often, the users need to memorize function keys to execute transactions.

> **Pros**: Oracle Flexcube is a comprehensive tool for all your fund management requirement. some of the key features that I like is the transaction capture, payment processing, static data maintenance.

> **Cons**: Oracle Flexcube doesn't have it's own reporting capability and is integrated with tools like SAP Business Objects to run the reporting. Also, some of it versions doesn't have the capacity to calculate performance fees and hence can't be used for alternate funds.
> 
> I have used this tool for close to 8 years and the application has outperformed the expectations most of the time. The system is well integrated and also enables four eye validation and re-key like features.
