> **Pros**: Dentrix is easy to use and the customer service is great. Very responsive. We use it for billing and will eventually connect it to Athena.

> **Cons**: The patient portal needs to be addressed. It is extremely limited and unusable. With this being a requirement of ACI, submitting for dental incentives is very hard.
