> **Pros**: The learning curve is small and manageable. We were able to begin using it the day our links went live. The content was built iteratively and collaboratively. It will provide values for many years.

> **Cons**: nomenclature is such a tough one when trying to be brief... i might have titled things differently. It would great to have a French version too.

> We needed to find a way to integrate 3 cultures (acquisitions) and all the diversity within leadership styles and base knowledge. Pollinate allowed us to have better conversations with more personal insight. Highly recommend their programs.
