Pros
The initial implementation process was well managed by Cintra and all (tight) deadlines were met.
We aren't Payroll experts and now have a couple of Cintra employees who know us, our business and our people and so there is good understanding of what we need and when. We now feel comfortable in asking for help and flagging issues and the responses we get are more helpful.
Turnaround times have definitely improved from submitting payroll requests to getting them ready to approve - we're down to just over a day now which helps us manage workflows our side.
The system works ! We never express our gratitude that it is nice to have a system where folk are paid efficiently using BACS, on time, where folk can access their own portals etc - we get hardly any complaints about the Cintra "infrastructure" and so we end up taking it for granted when we shouldn't. So thank you for providing your service.
Cons
We'd like the Cintra processors to have a sanity check on some of the calculations as some overtime calculations are clearly wrong (usually our fault!) but would be good to have someone point out our issues.

My experience with Cintra is very positive. The implementation process was very thorough. The software is excellent and the support on the software is very helpful. We also have our payroll outsourced and the processing team is brilliant, very helpful, knowledgeable and always meets expectations. I would recommend Cintra highly.
Pros
The software is very easy to navigate and use, the support for the software is also excellent. The implementation process was very thorough and well managed.
Cons
The only improvement I can think of at the moment is a new starter wizard, that takes you through all windows in personnel and employment records in one go. Currently the new starter wizard on the Cintra Cloud does some but not all, so you need to then go in to Cintra and complete the rest of the information required.

Cintra have always been knows as a 'can do' company. Support slipped and long term customers could really notice the difference. Cintra recognised this and performance improved. The team are very friendly and continue to provide the best support they can.
Pros
I've been a Cintra client for over 20 years. It was in place when I joined Hiscox and haven't had a reason to change the system. We upgraded from the classic Cintra system to Cintra IQ just before the original lockdown in February 2020.

Yes, the personal details screen in the classic system held data which is now found on about a dozen different screens

Pros
The software is just so useable, you build the system so the data is in the way in which you want it! Anything in the system is reportable and you can design them yourself! there really is nothing like it on the market!
