Overall, I would highly recommend Covve Scan to any small business looking for an AI powered scanner that fits most needs.
Pros
Managing my contacts as a small business owner can be a real challenge. That's why I was so excited to come across Covve Scan. This software has been a game changer for me and my team, and I am overjoyed with the results. One of it's main advantages is its ability to scan and extract contact information from a variety of sources. The software automatically scans business cards, emails, and even LinkedIn profiles, making it simple to add new contacts to my database. This has saved me a significant amount of time and effort in manually entering contacts. Another advantage is the option to update contact information automatically. It is one of the only software that automatically updates contact information by comparing it to publicly available sources. We can also segment my contacts based on certain parameters. This enables me to easily filter and sort my contacts based on location, industry, and other criteria, making it simple to find the right contact for a specific project or opportunity. Furthermore, the connection of the software with my email and calendar has made it simple for me to organise meetings and keep track of my interactions with my contacts.
Cons
It does not have other advanced functionalities such as task or project management for the contact, or a CRM functionality to manage sales or customer interactions. It currently only integrates with email and calendar, but it doesn't integrate with other tools such as social media management tools, which could be a limitation for us. It has a set layout and design which may not be able to cater to every business's unique needs. Some of our team want more customization options to make the software fit better with our branding and workflow. Another con is that the software is not available on mobile devices, which makes it less convenient for me to use on the go. However, the web-based version of the software is easy to access via my mobile browser.

The app does recognize business cards very well and doesn't require text adjustment.
It's a simple point and shoot app that works well
Cons
Would be nice to have the ability to scan more than one card at a time

Would be great if it communicated with Sales Force I would pay extra for that and it would speed up contact entry into the database. IT WOULD SET YOU APART. no one does this with Sales Force currently.
