1\. Data discovery automates the process of scanning and pinpointing the location of various types of sensitive data. This feature scours the network for archived and newly added data and ensures that both structured \& unstructured are found and filtered.

2. Email security can also be ensured by approving only a few specific domains as trusted and all others will be stopped from sending sensitive content or attachments containing sensitive information. Certain Outlook email addresses can also be labelled as trusted in order to enable collaboration without the risk of sending sensitive information to unauthorized recipients. 

3. To prevent leakage of sensitive data via in-built and external peripheral devices, Endpoint DLP Plus has device control capabilities that help admins monitor and block storage devices such as USB flash drives and more. Select printers can also be labelled as trusted and, for extra caution, if physical copies of sensitive data is printed, users can be made to include a customized watermark to indicate its confidentiality. 

4. Clipboard tool restrictions can be applied in order to prevent screenshots of sensitive files or transferring of private content for illicit use. This can ensure that data is not copied and pasted to unauthorized applications such as social media messaging platforms.
