> support with the software is fantastic, however the platform is not easy to use, why is it named Ezee ???\!, it has to be simplified, I was assisted by ramiz malek, the agent was EXTREMELY useful and very patiend, I am absolutely pleased with his support and I feel he should be congratulated for his outstanding customer support, I also believe he is given a great range of tools to help clients, yet it is still a pretty difficult system, if it was a little simpler I would be a happier client, thank you for the good client support\!°
