My overall experience with Xerox Workflow Central has been a life saver! It allows anyone in our office to handle all our document needs in one place at our Xerox printer. We love that we all have our own preferences setup in the system making it so easy to use!

Xerox Workflow Central allows us to manage, produce, scan, email and produce documents with ease and from wherever I need.

In a word - simple, easy to convert files into what we need without confusion
Cons
Look forward to more capabilities to be added in future updates. Would love a dedicate app for the iPhone, but the web interface is fine.

Pros
It's secure, offers functions at a cheaper price than Adobe. Although there are free options online this software is secure.
Cons
The quality of PDF editing and converting PDF to word/excel is not as good as other software.
