A huge step forward for our website with Wix Enterprise

Wix Enterprise has completely changed our digital platform strategy, enabling us to be much more contemporary and also much more agile. We can do everything we need to do in house without any need to pay third parties. We also test out new strategies and continuously improve our customer experience.
Pros
We migrated from a very old version of WordPress which was causing us to have to use an external agency for every update and change to our website. We chose Wix Enterprise because we loved the simplified templates and the ability for all of us to learn how to manage the site without needing to know how to work in HTML.
Cons
There are limitations to the number of fixed and dynamic pages you can have and it was a challenge to migrate because we had to make a lot of decisions as to how to stay within these limits. But once this was done, we were delighted with the results, and we still are.

Wix is one of the best options on the market

Overall, I think Wix is one of the best options (and I've used quite a few of the options). It can be pricy, and they change their prices/structures way too frequently. But, if you want an all-in-one CSR/Website with tools that you can use to manage your business, you would have a difficult time finding something better. The interface is straight-forward, you can get great website results, and whether you are experienced or have difficulty putting anything together, Wix is a great platform for either. They just need to work on pricing/customer service.
Pros
As far as website building platforms go, I've used quite a few (I am a freelance graphic designer aside from my day job), and this is my favorite by far. It is easy-to-use for website building if you don't have any coding or developing experience, but it still gives you the option to do those things as well. The inward facing platform is very straight forward, and all the tools are very easy to use. As far as options, tools, and integrations go, most of them combine very smoothly with Wix. You can definitely get a great website out of Wix, and I think it's the perfect all-in-one tool for small businesses, especially if you are starting off.
Cons
Wix is pricier than some competitors. While I think there are more customization options on Wix than some the competitors (not all) and has a straight-forward interface that other options lack, they could withhold from the constant price increases on the offerings, as well as the weirdly consistent "package" restructuring, where they change the offerings for what your subscription is. I would also say that their customer service is lacking. I realize some people go straight to contacting customer service before trying to problem solve, but I personally tend to try every other means or resource prior to trying to talk to customer service, and Wix makes you jump through hoops before you can get ahold of someone. This is really annoying and frustrating when you have exhausted all other means, and they make you fill out a questionnaire asking what steps you have taken and directing you to various articles that aren't related to your very specific issue. Finally, on occasion, when they've done updates to features or plug-ins, it will 'brick' your website. My scheduler wasn't working properly for months before I was able to get Wix to resolve the issue, and it was due to some update they had done on their end.

Easy to navigate and very easy for me to use as a completely untech savvy individual.
