I strongly do not recommend this company for the following reasons:

In June 2023, I planned to send a package from Toulouse, France, to Montreal, Canada, using FedEx through the Boxtal portal. Unfortunately, FedEx failed to communicate with Boxtal to pay the customs fees. As a result, the parcel was lost by FedEx, and as of January 2024, I am still awaiting a refund from both FedEx and Boxtal.

I discovered that FedEx did send compensation to Boxtal at the end of November 2023. However, the computation was based on the weight of the parcel instead of using the bills we provided.

After some hesitation and miscommunication from Boxtal, they initially informed us that we would not be refunded. Later, they changed their stance and assured us of a refund in December 2023, but not for the full amount transferred by FedEx. Boxtal intended to keep the money covered by the insurance.

Despite numerous follow-ups and a prolonged wait, as of January 2024, they informed me today that they will refund a different amount, which is, of course, less than what they promised in December.

Please, avoid using Boxtal.
